Requirements: Picture ID required. Eligible individuals must prove Ottawa County
residency to receive The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP) commodities.
Income and family size are self-declared. Individuals who receive FIP (the old TANF)
or SNAP (food stamps) are automatically eligible.
