HARP

The Home Assistance Recovery Program (HARP) issues long-term vouchers to eligible families to help cover part of their housing expenses. HARP is a housing-first program, which recognizes that individuals and families can better address their physical, emotional and financial needs when they have access to safe, affordable, stable housing. Community Action House provides case management services to current HARP voucher recipients, and also administers a Consumer Advisory Board to give participants a platform for identifying and addressing community needs.
