A four week course covering a broad range of subjects pertaining to the home purchase process.

A six to seven week course covering many topics pertaining to basic home maintenance.

Financial Management/Economic Literacy
This eight week course is geared toward first-time homebuyers who need additional assistance with repairing credit, etc., prior to being ready financially for homeownership. The course is also offered to participants in the Section 8/Family Self-Sufficiency Program.

Foreclosure Prevention Seminar
A two hour presentation covering foreclosure process and possible work out plans that may be offered by lenders as alternatives to foreclosure.

In addition to group courses, the Education Program Director offers individualized instruction as needed to potential first-time homebuyers regarding the home purchase process and financial management, as well as specific instruction regarding credit repair and mortgage readiness.
