When foreclosure prevention is not possible, families with be provided with ongoing support for budgeting and locating future affordable, stable housing. This service is available to residents of Ottawa and Allegan County.

Please contact our staff listed below to schedule an appointment to discuss the options that may be available to prevent the foreclosure of your home. We will make every effort to schedule an appointment that works with your schedule; however, please keep in mind that this program is currently in high demand. Once an appointment has been scheduled, you will need to complete the MSHDA Household Profile, CAH application supplement and provide other documentation of income, expenses and mortgage status.

Please review these documents prior to your scheduled counseling appointment.
