Spring 2017 Empowerment Workshop

The Empowerment Skills Curriculum was created to teach people a set of skills designed to change negative mindsets to positive.

The curriculum has been proven to have real transformational power in people’s lives, and can be applied both personally and professionally.

Based on the current research and best practices in:

  • Cognitive restructuring
  • Emotional intelligence
  • Motivational coaching
  • Neuropsychology 

Schedule:

Mondays: 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Six weeks: March 20th to May 1st, 2017 (No class April 3rd)
