Across all of our programs, our Resource Navigation Team are experts on the interconnected systems that neighbors face (food, housing, finances, transportation, and more) connecting each guest to the right Action House programs and community partner resources they need to thrive.

Our Resource Navigation team works on-site at our Food Club & Opportunity Hub regularly M-F, but you can also find them working throughout the community as well.
