One year ago this month, we began our partnership with Herrick Library North! Every Friday from 9am to 1pm, our team is onsite to connect with visitors, identify barriers, and connect them to tools and resources in our community.

Over the past year, our team met with 24 guests, offering a range of support through our Resource Navigation services—providing school related resources, support enrolling in benefits, help with housing searches, connections to utility and rental assistance, and more.

Having a consistent location on the northside has made it easier for neighbors with transportation barriers to meet with our team. We’re able to offer bilingual service, making it possible for more families to find the resources they need for stability.
